Clothing, Sneakers & Accessories (7-Day Return Policy)
All clothing items, including apparel, sneakers, hats, and accessories, are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- No visible signs of wear, stains, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Cosmetics & Beauty Products (7-Day Return Policy)
All cosmetic and beauty products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Original seal must be intact
- Items must be returned in original packaging
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
Electronics (14-Day Return Policy)
All electronic products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Item must be in original condition
- Must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals
- Item must not be damaged or heavily used
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
